Happy Thanksgiving

We had a very nice Thanksgiving. I didn't even have to get up super early to cook pies, Adri brought dessert. Thanks! In fact she helped the day be so much easier by bringing about half the food. I still had several loads of dishes, what is up with that? (and the dishwasher decided to not work!!!!! Rick thinks he has it fixed now.) Everything was delicious, the company was charming and the day was beautiful. After dinner 3 went on a bike ride. I don't think it wore little dude out, but what is a holiday without a good rumble. Not sure who got the better of whom but the poor dude did get counted on twice.

Halloween

Halloween as one neighbor put it "was ruined by the neighbors Haunted House". We have a family that made their front porch (oh whooppee a front porch, well this porch is HUGE)into a Haunted House. I guess there were lots of cars but they all were going there, skipping us peons with bags and bags of candy to give out. I had 9 Trick or Treaters.

10 if you count Spiderman. He came for a fun dinner. He was in the best mood (I think the 2 hr nap helped) and just adorable! He had to fly off early to meet up with some other superhero friends to make sure the night went smoothly. I had my first 2 Treater's at about 7 and the last 2 at 9.



Since Sue was off Trick or Treating with her granddaughters I got to take pics of Stephanie and Nick. Stephanie was a sexy bee and Nick the bee keeper. Very cute!
