It was pointed out to me that it has been 7 months since I last posted-and that was a while ago. I have to admit since I started putting my pics on phanfare I have let this go. I think the pics say it all but I guess not everyone agrees. We are getting Adri's wedding planned, I turned 51 (shocking), Jason is coming for a visit in February, we are trying to get some repairs done around the house, and I am enjoying seeing the baby eagles grow. I hope to capture at least one of them as it fledges.

We are all sick! Michael started it and it has spread. Pretty miserable cold. Adri and Eric even have it but I guess we can't blame Michael for that.

Yesterday was a very busy day. I left the house at 6am to go with Sue to drop Amanda off for her HS graduation. The graduation was at UCF, about an hours drive from here. Then we waited around for every one else to show up and the graduation was at 9. I was home about 1 and then left shortly after 2 to go to the shuttle launch. This was my first time seeing it from other than my neighborhood and it was wonderful! Eric drove while Adri, Gabe and I just goofed around. I guess the drive is pretty stressful as you are on the road with thousands of other shuttle watcher hopefuls. We found a great space off the road and the view was perfect. I am going to just put 1 pic on here and will try and get the better shots (I took like 100! (maybe even 200)) onto phanfare in the next few days. I was really happy we did this. As it turned out there were major clouds between my house and the launch and Rick wasn't able to see it at all!

Yippee! It is blueberry season again! We went a pickin' this morning, bright and early, and there were still a million cars already there. Despite all the people we were able to pick about 6 lbs in a little over an hour. Yep, that is Michael in the pic! Can you believe he went? Little Dude was there too. He looooves blueberries!

Call Me Crazy

I did it! I got me a puppy! No, I did not steal Adri's pup. This one is mine! He is from the same litter as Marley, therefore he is also a Labradoodle and 14 weeks old. We are still in the name selection department but it seems Jasper is the most fitting (the dog likes Slarg but I do NOT!)
